That is, until this past week. Take a look at this lovely green shirt I wore the week before I gave birth to June- beautiful.
Now, take a look at the shirt again, worn yesterday.
That's right, do you see that little sliver of skin down there- that is what you would call "already bigger than last pregnancy and still have 8 weeks to go." This has been a not so nice realization to adjust to (I am so far not adjusted...) and has had me checking the sizes of my favorite tshirts and ordering them one size bigger online.
And if that wasnt enough, I have developed an extreme case of RLS. This is what lay people would call Restless Leg Syndrome, but us sufferers of the disease know it as it's elite medical term- RLS. If you don't know what it is, don't look it up. I wouldn't want you to mysteriously develop it, possibly hypochondriacally, by reading about it. Take my word for it- it is not good, and usually occurs for SuDan at about 11pm. I say SuDan because Dan is a sufferer as well, indirectly because I cannot encourage sleep in the same bed with me during this extreme time of suffering.
There are many home remedies, some of which occasionally work for me, but tomorrow, I am quitting all cafeine because I have read direct link studies indicting that that could be a cause. Whatever works...
And that is why I am up at midnight talking about not fitting into my clothes and having legs that someone injected with Mexican Jumping Beans- the joys of pregnancy. :) After this post, no more complaints! ;)
